Member Advocate
One of the greatest incentives to using the Home Rewards Program is the dedicated Member Advocate. Your Member Advocate will contact you regarding your desire to enroll in the Program. The Advocate will explain the Program in more detail and find out additional information about your particular housing needs, desires, and wants. Once the Member Advocate has more information about you, he or she will match you with one of our Credit Union Certified Real Estate Agents. Throughout your transaction, your Member Advocate will be your initial point of contact, making this as easy as possible for you!
Agent Selection "Matching"
After spending some time talking with your Member Advocate, they will carefully match you with a Credit Union Certified Real Estate Agent. Your Member Advocate will contact you and the Agent to make sure that communication has been established and that the match is mutually acceptable. The Agents that we have in our Program are hand-selected by their branch managers for having exceptional customer service skills and real estate knowledge.

- When will I get my Cash Back Reward?

No. If the member is either buying or selling a piece of real estate property they would be eligible to participate in this program. - How is my Real Estate Agent selected for me?
Our hand-selected, specially trained Credit Union Certified Real Estate Agents have submitted a personal profile to Home Rewards. Your Member Advocate will spend time getting to know you, and then will carefully match you with an Agent that they feel will be the best match for you. - What if I don't like the Agent that my Member Advocate selects for me?
On the rare occasion that this does happen, please feel free to discuss with your Member Advocate. Describe other details that you are looking for in an Agent. The Member Advocate will then find you another Agent that they feel will be more appropriately suited. - What are the hours of operation for Home Rewards?
7:00AM - 6:00PM Pacfic, Monday through Friday on normal business days. - What happens if I call after your hours of operation?
You will be directed into our voicemail system. By leaving a detailed voicemail message, your Member Advocate will call you back the next business day to assist you. - Where is the Home Rewards Program available?
