HomePath Mortgage is used to purchase a property owned by Fannie Mae.

HomePath Renovation Mortgage is used to purchase a property owned by Fannie Mae that would need light-to-moderate repairs. Receive special financing to fund both the purchase and the renovations.

  • No mortgage insurance; ask us for details on loans without mortgage insurance
  • Flexible mortgage terms (fixed rate or adjustable rate)

What to Do First 

  1. Find a Fannie Mae-owned property for sale
  2. Make note of the property address (including City, State and Zip Code), Price, and Property Taxes (annual)
  3. Return to this page and select "Apply"
